In 2012, the CEO of Levanon & Kogan met with Strategic Sourcing International founder Craig Einhorn to discuss collaborating on a possible HP (IHPS) project. Throughout a two-year period, the duo had many discussions on how to manage this new venture.
In 2014, their brainstorming and hard work came to fruition in the form of a pilot project to build kits for HP (IHPS). At this point SPK Solutions was established as a sister- company of Strategic Sourcing International. Since then, SPK Solutions has not only fulfilled its original objective, but has grown into a thriving business with an eye toward future expansion.
